HEALTH AND WELLNESS OF DISTRICT EMPLOYEES

This is an opportunity for any School District to take a pro-active role by hosting an Ultrasound Screening Event that could prevent many unnecessary tragedies that are associated with stroke, vascular disease and other diseases.

NO FUNDING FROM THE DISTRICT IS NEEDED

Advanced Screening and Wellness will make the program available to district employees on an individual basis. Any employee wishing to participate in the event may pick and choose from our menu of services.  Group discounts will be available for districts who participate making the value of our service even greater. If there is a flex or cafeteria plan, employees may be reimbursed for the screenings. Health Savings accounts are another fantastic way to fund the screenings using pre-tax dollars.
